JAMES B. MILLER

Prior to 2008, James B. Miller practiced as an insurance defense attorney representing insurance companies, corporations, individuals and public entities (cities, towns, park districts and school districts) in personal injury lawsuits which included automobile accidents, trucking accidents, wrongful death, premises liability (slip and fall), products liability and construction accidents.

During his career, James B. Miller has successfully litigated personal injury matters throughout Illinois. Mr. Miller has handled matters in Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane, Will, Lee, McLean, Winnebago and Champaign counties.
